These terms cover your use of DuNow, the website at dunowplanner.com and the DuNow apps, made by Red Sun Digital ("we"). By using DuNow you agree to them.

Using DuNow

DuNow helps you plan tasks. You can use it without an account, or create one to save and sync your tasks. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

The tasks and notes you add are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run DuNow for you, for example to sync them between your devices. Please don't use DuNow for anything illegal or to store content you don't have the right to.

Plans and payments

DuNow is free to use today. We may later offer a paid Pro version with extra features. If we do, its price and what it includes will be shown before you buy, and purchases made through an app store follow that store's terms.

Reminders and planning are a help, not a guarantee

DuNow suggests when to do things and can send reminders, but phones, networks and settings can delay or block them. Don't rely on DuNow alone for anything critical, such as medication or safety tasks.

Availability and changes

We work to keep DuNow running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut DuNow down, we'll give account holders notice and a way to export their tasks.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Red Sun Digital isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed tasks or lost data, arising from your use of DuNow.

Ending your use

You can stop using DuNow at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts used to break these terms or the law.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date above when these terms change. Continuing to use DuNow after that means you accept them.
